Founded by Betsy Cerulo in 1990, AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is a women-owned, full-service human resources organization. Coming from a large and well established agency, Betsy envisioned the need for a company with high standards of quality, compassion, integrity and service to the community. In 1993, Joanne Dunleavy, Founder of Joanne Dunleavy & Associates, an Executive Coaching and Consulting Firm dedicated to developing extraordinary leaders and inspiring organizational change and transformation, created a strategic alliance with AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. to accelerate its growth and ability to deliver premier service to its clients with deep caring, competence, and integrity. Betsy Cerulo is the founder and CEO of AdNet/AccountNet, Inc., with offices in Columbia, Maryland. The company was started in 1990. The organizations focus is in the placement of Accounting, Financial, Administrative and Human Resources professionals as well as Organization Development through Coaching With Intent. AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is in the SUCCESS business!!! Betsy is also a Certified Business Coach through The New Agreements Coach Training Institute. She is experienced in Transition, Turnaround and Strategic Growth.

Betsy is a graduate of Catholic University and began her career as a System Accountant in her home state of New Jersey. She discovered, early on, that accounting was not her career calling and began to explore other job opportunities. In January of 1985, Betsy joined a National Recruiting Firm, as an accounting recruiter. She progressed from Personnel Consultant to Vice President, before she left to open AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. Betsy feels that it is an honor and privilege to work with individuals to forward their lives through career placement and coaching. AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. has been a bridge for people to live their personal and professional dreams. “We are here to provide people with choice, not to push them into jobs!!”

In 1993, Betsy partnered with Joanne Dunleavy to accelerate the vision of transforming the workplace within the recruiting industry. They joined with amazing employees to create an incredible environment. Their experiences were so powerful that it was a natural fit for Joanne to join AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. as President. The work grew more exciting with each year. The AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. of today is a reflection of the passion and commitment of every employee who has walked through the doors over the past 15 years. Joanne and Betsy value and appreciate the strength of their partnership. AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. has been ranked in the Baltimore Business Journal’s “Top 50 List” of Baltimore's Largest Woman Owned Businesses consistently since 1994.

Betsy was selected as Maryland's Top 100 Women in Business. Her extracurricular activities include serving on the Advisory Board of The Catholic University of America, for the school of Arts & Sciences, Board of Directors for Chase Brexton Health Services which fulfills on a personal passion of seeing that all disadvantaged people receive healthcare as well as a place for Gays/Lesbians, Bisexual and Transgender individuals to be treated equally. CBHS has made great strides in AIDS awareness and HIV prevention. Betsy was Past-President for the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners; Past-Vice Chairwoman for the Maryland Better Business Bureau and the National Council of Better Business Bureau's. In addition, Betsy served as a mentor for Women Entrepreneur's of Baltimore. Betsy's greatest professional accomplishment is being part of a continually evolving workplace, which supports people in fully utilizing their creativity and living in excellence.

Betsy has a Masters Degree of Integrative Health Science from the Capital University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, DC. She will blend her experience as a business leader and her growth as a healer to positively shift the energy of the workplace and the healthcare industry. Betsy is a facilitator with the New Agreements Coach Training and Leadership Institute. This journey is to guide all those who are touched by the workplace, as well as those in it to create environments, which are joyful and fulfilling.

Joanne Dunleavy has had, for 16 years, a successful Executive, Business, and Corporate Coaching practice. Joanne’s Executive Coaching practice extends to countries in Europe, Canada, and the Middle East. She is the Founder of Joanne Dunleavy & Associates, a Coaching and Consulting firm dedicated to developing extraordinary leaders and inspiring organizational change and transformation. In addition, Joanne has taught and trained many Coaches in the art of building their own successful practices. Joanne is Co-founder of the New Agreements Coach Training and Leadership Institute (NACTLI), which trains and certifies Executive and Business Coaches and whose mission is: “To release the Creative Human Spirit in Every Coach and Client.” She is publisher of The New Agreements in the Workplace -- Releasing the Human Spirit.

Joanne has created and facilitates various coach training including New Agreements Coaching, Systems-Based Coaching, Coaching with Intent (inner connection & energy), and the Path of the Leader/Coach Intensive. Joanne is President of AdNet/AccountNet, Inc, a successful Woman-Owned Executive Search and Strategic Staffing Firm, located in Columbia, MD. For the tenth year in a row, Adnet/AccountNet, Inc. has been named to the Top 50 Largest Women Owned Companies in the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area. Joanne brings her vision, her voice and her stand for what is possible to her organization. She leads and inspires change to co-create a healthy, thriving, and fulfilling workplace. Joanne’s passion and commitment is to create environments in which people who get to be extraordinary produce extraordinary results. Our organization has recently launched an Executive and Business Coaching Company to serve the leaders and managers of our client organizations. The Executive Coaches have trained at the New Agreements Coach Training and Leadership Institute.

Joanne came to AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. in 1993 as an Executive Coach, Business Strategist, and Leadership Development Consultant. AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. was the first client for Joanne Dunleavy & Associates. Joanne, Betsy, and the amazing staff built a powerful Team. Together they created a culture at Adnet/AccountNet, Inc. that is made up of people who are dynamic, growing, deeply caring, high performing, and in service to their clients and each other. The organization thrived. Joanne became President and Co-Owner in 1997. Joanne and Betsy forged a remarkable partnership as women business owners and partners who genuinely care about each other and who have a strong desire to leave their mark on the way that the staffing industry does business -- with heart, competence, and integrity. Through tough times, changing economies, and the business downturns of post 9/11, Joanne and Betsy remained true to their values and true to what is most important about their business -- their people. During this past year, Joanne has had the opportunity to make several presentations. Her recent presentations include: International Coach Federation of New England – “6 Success Secrets of 6 Six-Figure Coaches,” and National Speakers Association-NE – “Six-Figure Coaching: How to Leverage Your Alliances and Partnerships.” Joanne co-presented “The Masteries – A Spiritual Guide to a ‘Next Step’ in Coaching” at the 2004 Annual CoachVille Conference, the first coaching conference dedicated solely to assisting coaches to expand their coaching businesses and achieve financial success. As Co-founder of NACTI, Joanne is one of the recipients of the prestigious “t” Award, for contribution to the field of Professional Coaching in the areas of “Innovation and Creativity.”

Joanne has her Masters Degree in Training and Organization Development. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation for the New England states. Joanne has served on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She resides outside Boston, Massachusetts, with her wonderful and supportive spouse, Allen Goddard.
