System Management Analyst - Washington DC
$60 an hour, 1-5 year contract.
Minimum/General Experience: Twelve (12) years progressive experience in specific systems management activities. $60 an hour, 1-5 year contract.
Functional Experience: Demonstrated experience to examine complex systems (technical or management) from an overall performance perspective, including the ability to apply analysis techniques and disciplines to plan, design and prepare sound solutions to requirements. Experience in preparing documentation of designed solutions. Must be able to evaluate, recommend improvements, and identify required resources and provide assistance in implementing changes. Experience in directing and integrating the work of lower level analysts.
Minimum Education: A Master’s degree in a quantitative or qualitative field from an accredited college or university. Minimum education may be replaced by an additional five years of additional demonstrated experience.
Business Process Engineer - Washington DC
$80 an hour, 1-5 year contract
Minimum/General Experience: Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in implementing complex analytical approaches and methodologies in support of business strategy completion and business solutions.
Possesses at least 10 years combined experience in line, project, or general management; functional expertise in the business area; business process, or systems and financial analysis.
In addition, possesses a minimum of 4 years experience in general or executive level management, project management, or technical leadership in information systems strategic planning, enterprise architecture planning, and implementation projects.
Functional Experience: Experience in applying sophisticated technical and analysis methods to solve complex business system and related technical analysis problems confronting individual or multiple organizations. Experience in applying their expertise across multiple projects, direct the re-engineering and process improvement analyses for large scale or specialized projects and the experience in leading efforts in their area of specialization, performing high-level process improvement analyses including those to solve an organization’s technical or management services issues. Have the necessary technical and functional experience and leadership skills to direct the work of others to resolve difficult, technically complex project issues, and they serve as a technical mentor to other management, financial and business process engineering staff assigned to the project.
Experience in developing and leading the development of a stable activity model for the business; analyzing the activities within processes for added value, redundancy and consistency Experience with process objective one defines performance measures that are outcome based and develops appropriate metrics, as well as measurement methodologies. Experience in identifying opportunities for automation and/or integration that support the business' mission and goals.

Summary: Duties will include analyzing, designing, testing, deploying and documenting software components, with the ability to perform all assignments independently or in a team. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise design and implement RDBMS on MS Access and SQL Server.
- Expertise with SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Ability to use Microsoft VisualStudio.Net, including ASP.Net, VB.Net, and ADO.Net components.
- Ability to write code utilizing Visual Basic and JavaScript.
- Ability is essential, as is the ability to design and implement RDBMS.

Sr. Web/Graphic Designer - Greenbelt, MD
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years active experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and/or QuarkXPress (Indesign preferred but has the ability to translate from Quark)
- 2+ years active experience with Dreamweaver
- Experience in Web design, HTML, basic CSS and Java Script a plus
- Experience with print vendors, pre-press and flash is a plus
- Associates degree or relevant experience
Responsibilities:
