Accounts Receivable Invoicing Specialist - Anne Arundel County

Seeking and A/R Invoicing Specialist who must be fluent in Spanish, fluency in Portuguese preferred. Manager-Reinsurance Accounting - Baltimore

$100K base plus 10-15% bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial responsibility for all phases of reinsurance accounting and reporting, contract administration, monthly processing, settlement and accounting/reporting
  • Responsibility for coordinating the related audits from reinsurers, and for establishing an appropriate audit schedule for reinsurance assumed with 3rd parties, maintaining the contracts on the system, and putting new contracts in place on the system
  • Responsibility to ensure that claims subject to reinsurance are handled properly, and reimbursed at the appropriate amounts.
  • Participate in, and understand accounting and reporting requirements for reinsurance treaties

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.

Primary Purpose Of The Position:

Investment Compliance Analyst perform and/or manage specific components of the investment compliance monitoring program related to monitoring, new account take-on and reporting, and/or rules and data integration. Works with significant autonomy and authority and independently resolves problems through the application of experience and judgment. Seeking a proposal writer responsible for helping us to manage our task order proposals for our BPA and IDIQ contracts. This person would have to be able to manage multiple priorities and work on quick-turnaround proposals. RFPs will often require anywhere from 1 day to 2 week turnarounds, with this person potentially working on more than one resume at a time. This person will need the following experience:

  • At least 3-5 years experience proposal writing
